Brief Answer:
Possible UTI or urinary incontinence.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.

I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Looking at the clinical history and current query, my opinion is as follows:

1. For spider bite - not to worry much. If it were severe, it would be worrisome. As it is localized, application calamine lotion over it, will be soothing. Antihistamines like cetrizine will reduce itching and also reduce pain if any.

2. Dark brown staining of underwear - appears to be secondary to urinary tract infection. Are there any lesions, around the genitalia or in the buttocks. If there are none, you will require a urine examination along with microscopy for further evaluation.

Do get the urine examination done.

Good to know that you are rarely sick. Medications can induce change in urine color and you might be having urinary incontinence.
Is there urine dripping at other times. Change your underwear frequently and see if staining is present.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
