Brief Answer:
ureteric stone? mucosal injury

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query and understood your concern.

The symptoms and your urine examination suggest the cause towards ureteric stone that has injured the mucosal lining leading to burning micturation, epithelial cells and blood in urine. Even WBC has raised suggesting infection.

Since there is no features of infectin, for my patients with similar conditions I advise USG abdomen and pelvis to know the size and site of the stone.
In the mean time I advise plenty of water to push the stone out and lime juice to make the urine alkaline along with anti inflammatory drugs like aceclofenac and if infection symptoms present then antibiotic (ofloxacillin) . So I advise the same for you.

Based on the USG report the next line of management can be planned.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.

Wish you faster recovery and good health.

Brief Answer:
Suggest infection.Antibiotic and symptomatic drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Bleeding and burning sensation suggest mucosal injury. The most common cause is stone. Good that your scan report shows no stones. The cause of symptoms may be passing stone or damage due to infection.

Fever, burning sensation with blood in urine suggest urinary tract infection. For my patients with such clinical features I prescribe antibiotic (ofloxacin) with plenty of water along with alkalinization of urine . Anti inflammatory drug will be added to take care of fever and inflammatory signs at the infected area (even mucosal injury area). So I advice the same to you.

Since these are prescription drugs, kindly contact your doctor and discuss the same. He/She will help in prescription.

Hope this information helps you.
