Thanks for your query.

This type of symptoms occur more commonly in infection like epididymitis or bladder infection. Other causes include stones in bladder or rarely tumors.

I would recommend urine examination with culture and ultrasound of bladder and scrotum.

If suggestive of infection, then course of antibiotics should help.
