Brief Answer:
could be stones in kidney

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

The common cause for this could be presence of stone in urinary tract which is causing urinary infection for which wbc are high. The stones may be causing irritation and causing bleeding for which rbc are high.

I would suggest you to consult a urologist and get investigated and treated. You may be adviced to take a ultrasound initially.

Second possible reason could be any tuberculosis or cancer in urinary tract. If stones are not present then further investigation would be done.

Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Regards
