Brief Answer:
Causes discussed below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

There are many different causes of bleeding during bowel movements.
Some of the causes are -
Piles, fissures, colitis, polyps, diverticulosis and mailgnancy,
A colonoscopy test has to be done to find the cause. In this test, a long slender tube is introduced through the anal opening to look inside and find the cause of bleeding.
Consult your gastroenterologist for this test.

I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
