Hi, there are many causes of blood in urine. most common are kidney or urinary system stones. cystitis, and urine infection is also a common cause. then urinary system tumors or growth should be ruled out in elderly and especially smokers. nephritis, crystaluria, high bp, coagulopathy, parasites are other causes.
