Brief Answer:
TIA , risk factors and comorbid conditions need to be addressed

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

A TIA or Transient Ischemic Attack is an episode of temporary neurological deficit that resolves and doesn't lead to permanent tissue damage. There is a higher incidence of strokes in TIAs, subsequently.

Treatment depends on the comorbid conditions predisposing to such a condition.
Urgent evaluation is required. Diabetes, hypertension, deranged lipid profile, smoking , coagulopathy history needs to be addressed. Treatment is tailored to each individual accordingly based on these risk factors.

What are your cardinal symptoms during a TIA ?
Is there any documentation of it (the symptoms) being labelled as TIA ?
What medications are you currently using ?
Have you had any previous history of CVA/stroke ?

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
