Brief Answer:
Follow the Advises..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Now even though it was just one time episode of slight blood, still it is to be noted that, by virtue of medicine, blood in urine is never normal, thus needed further work-up to look in to it in details..

Are you on any blood thinner medication ?

Is there any pain during /after urination ?

Is there any increased frequency of urination(mainly at night) ?

Is there any history of significant past/present medical/surgical ailments ?

Any other problem ?

Please let me know all these details so that I can guide you further..

Don't worry since it doesn't appear too serious, but there's a need to get Urine routine microscopic analysis, Serum PSA done at the first place to look in to it further (it is necessary to rule out any underlying conditions i.e. BPH, urinary tract infection, renal calculi etc., and if this reports showed any significant findings, then you may need to get an Ultrasonography of KUB i.e. Kidney, ureter and bladder+Prostate done)..

Please discuss these with your doctor (treating physician)..

Meanwhile please stay well hydrated by drinking lot of water as it'll help to maintain well perfusion as well as dilution of the urine..

Let me know if there's any further queries, I'll be glad to clarify..

Kind Regards
