Brief Answer:
Infection or a cyst bursted

Detailed Answer:
Hello There !
Thank you for asking Health Care Magic.
I e gone through your question and i understand your concern.
According to your symptoms , could be caused by a rupture cyst ( the cyst pop and blood comes out, sometimes the cyst may become infected ).or Urinary infection.

In your case i would suggest to do a urine test (rule out infection), blood test to check your liver, kidney function ..), physical examination by your local doctor is needed.
According to the results you will start a proper treatment( antibiotics if there is sign of infection.)

Meanwhile drink planty of fluid, monitor your blood pressure ( prevent hypertension or control it.)

Wish the answer is helpfull.
Take Care!
