Question: I have hx of kidney stones (approx 1 yr ago). Diagnostics showed numerous other small stones in the kidneys. Have been showing signs of occult blood in urine tests for past 2 years. Passed the first stone, naturally, after several weeks. Have been experiencing discomfort in are of beltline, in front, and abdominal "bloating" sensation for several months now. Recently started experiencing significant discomfort in thoracic/lumbar region of back and continued pain/bloating sensation in abdomen. Sensativity to any tight garment around my waist. Recent UA showed no signs of infection. Uncertain if my problems are all stemming from back or possibly from recurrent kidney stone.

Hi there..
Yes, it is quite possible that kidney stones might be the culprit.
Other possibilities(with bloating sensation and discomfort) could be gastritis, indigestion ,irritable bowel syndrome,Ovarian pathology.
Get an Ultrasound of the Abdomen and Pelvis done.
For the numbness, do get your hemoglobin levels, Vitamin B12 and Vit D levels checked.
Hopefully your thyroid levels are under control.
For the migraine:
Find out the trigger factors of migraine and try to avoid it.
(eg. Lack of sleep, exposure to sun , unaccustomed exertion or exercise, consumption of wine /cheese)etc.
Also , do sign up for yoga and relaxation classes. In the long run, it will help you relax and it is good for a healthy body and a healthy mind.
I would first advise you to visit a urologist and if he gives you an OK signal from his side... Then visit a gastroenterologist.
Hope this information was helpful to you.
