What Causes Blood Shot Eyes And Burning Sensation During Urination?

Your symptoms are not related to STD.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Eye involvement due to Gonorrhea or Chlamydia in an adult is extremely rare. It is possible for the baby born to infected mother, acquired during the passage through the birth canal. In Adults the eye involvement is a rare possibility through autoinoculation from genitals. Without any genital manifestation, this could not happen.
Involvement of eyes with other STDs like Syphilis and HIV redness of eyes is not a common manifestation. Herpes eye involvement would be different. So your symptoms are unlikely to be due to STD. Consume adequate water and get relieved from burning sensation during urination.
For your eye problem, consult an Ophthalmologist and get well soon.

For the blood shot eyes, which are the worst I've ever had, I should see an ophthalmologist and let him give me some kind of antibiotic?
Are you unable to prescribe antibiotics?
Eye problems have to be attended only by Ophthalmologists.
