Brief Answer:
Gum infection, respiratory tract infection, currettage

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
Nothing to be panic, as far as the blood clot over the tongue can be because of two reasons.
It can be because of the gum infection that has not been treated properly.
The other possible cause can be any trauma to mucosa while having food or brushing or respiratory tract infection.
Since you have no history of cough, it goes more in favor of gum infection. Even though you have got scaling done, if there are deposits left out below the gums during previous scaling may result in gum infection. So that needs to be cleared.
Nothing to worry consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. If it is because of the gum infection then get that area curretted. Mean while you can use gum astringents like tannic acid (stolid gum paint) which prevents bleeding from gums and make the gums strong.
These are the possible causes and diagnosis based on your description of the problem by yourself.
If you can upload the images of the teeth and gums I cam give you exact diagnosis and we can discuss further.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. Take care.

Thank you doctor for the response but there is one query like I said blood is not over the tongue it is coming from throat when ever I have a tongue cleaning done it comes in sputum . later it goes off.I don't see any blood when I floss ,After flossing and brushing ill have a tongue cleaning done and after a deep tongue cleaning ill get sputum from throat with blood in it.
Blood keeps on coming for few splits and will go off,I don't see any blood there after in splits.

Thanks for your feed back. Nothing to be panic, It can be secondary to trauma caused to tongue while tongue cleaning.
