What Causes Blue And Red Fibre Like Substances In Vaginal Discharge?

Question: I am a 23 year old female. I am married and have only been with one partner. I have been getting blue and red fibers in my vaginal discharge for quite some time. It is a clear discharge with mainly blue (sometimes red mixed in) fibers -- they look like pieces of thread. Every so often I experience abdominal pain and it itches down there. I (and my partner) have been tested for all STD's, bacterial infections, and cancers and they have all been negative. It is mainly a concern because it seems abnormal and is freaking me out a little bit... Do you have any insight to what this may be? Thank you so much!
Brief Answer:
High vaginal swab required
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I have read you query and I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply:
1) This seems to be a vaginal infection.
2) Please get high vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test done to identify the source of infection.
3) You can take the medicines as per the report.
4) This requires per speculum examination by your gynecologist and blood test alone maynot help much.
I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.
Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.
