Question: I fell on my ankle Monday. The top of my foot is blue and hurts to walk. Also my throat is sore and White with bumps. my sister has strep.

your sore throat may be due to infection--viral or bacterial. do gargle with saline water and take can paracetamol on sos basis, if not relieved see your doctor.
