Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. Based on the history you have shared, and onset of these symptoms right after shower, it can either be due to exposure of eye to some allergen or contamination from water or you may have got insensual exposure to soap or any other chemical in the bathing aids. It may have lead to allergic reaction on eyes and it can trigger allergic conjunctivitis. Of that is the case, the over lacrimation and tears production can lead to blurring of vision and redness can be due to local inflammation. You need to rinse it with clean n cold water repeatedly and you can use anti inflammatory and anti histamine eye solutions drop wise after discussing with your GP. Steroid eye drops may also be used to reduce inflammation and redness. But in any case a detailed review by an ophthalmologist is needed to rule out other complications and diseases which can also present like this.
Hope this has answered your query.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
Regards.
