My pressure is rather up at 150/105. My normal pressure is 120/80
Brief Answer:
Eye causes like variations in intraocular pressure needs to be considered.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.
I reviewed your history.
Though you will be hypertensive the blood pressure falls during dialysis because of rapid flow and this can cause blurred vision.
Hence blood pressure needs to be monitored during dialysis and if this is ruled out then we need to rule out local ocular causes like variations in intraocular pressure, tear film thickness variations which can cause both blurred vision and colored rainbow around lights. In this case you need to consult your ophthalmologist immediately following the dialysis to address the problem.
Hope this information is helpful to you.
