Brief Answer:
Causes to blurred vision&confusion...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Experiencing blurred vision and confusion that impaired your concentration might be a sign of:
- eye problems (overusing of eyes when concentrating in reading)
- stress
- neck arthritis
- oscillations in blood pressure/sugar

I advise to :
- monitor your blood pressure/sugar levels, record the results for future reference (pass them to your doctor)
- Take a pain killer you find as over the counter at your local pharmacy
- apply warm clothing locally (at the neck area)
- avoid reading for too long
- get your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist
- try to control stress
- have your meals regularly

Hope it helped! Let me know if you have further questions!
