Brief Answer:
Need to rule out transient ischemic attack.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
The symptoms of blurred vision, headache and weakness of body indicate transient ischaemic attack or a migraine attack.

This requires examination by a physician to rule out transient ischaemic attack and migraine.
Hence I advice you to consult your physician for examination and do get back to me with examination report.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
You need to take pulses and protein rich foods.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

The response to dolo tablet indicates it is probably a migraine
The treatment by analgesics like dolo is sufficient. However if the attacks are recurrent then you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Coming to diet to improve strength of the muscles you need to take protein rich foods like pulses, egg and meat if you are non vegetarian.
You can take nutrein supplements for quick results.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
