Brief Answer:
Most likely labyrinthitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM.
History of sinus infection woth presenting complaint of dizziness points more toward Labyrinthitis.Labyrinthitis is inner ear infection.Inner ear is responsible for maintaining balance of body.Sometimes the virus causing sinus infection infects the inner ear also causing dizziness.
I would advice you to consult a Ear nose throat specialist.High dose methyl prednisolone should be given for 21 days if labyrinthitis is suspected.
Detailed physical investigation of ear is required.
Thanks!
