Brief Answer:
might be viral fever, symptomatic treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.

I would like to know your age and sex, also I would like to know from when you are facing this problem?

Based on the information provided by you, I think it is viral fever, which is commonly associated with myalgia.
Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and take tablet paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily for two days. If the temperature is very high you can do tepid sponging, which will be beneficial.

I would have asked for complete blood count investigation. Based on the report, alteration in the medication would be considered.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
