What Causes Body Pains?
Question: for last two days my whole body get pain please suggect me the treatment

Although your query is not much informative in making a diagnosis but a sudden onset of pain in winter months may be due to viral infection. It is common to have just generalised muscle pain with nothing else with subclinical viral infection. You may also get some alteration of taste sensation +- fever.
If this is the onl complain than you need not to worry and continue your Dolo treatment. Please note that do not take any other pain medication as they worsen the condition in long run after slight relief initially.
If you have any other symptoms like fever than it will be appropriate to see a doctor in your city.
