Brief Answer:
Risperidone is most probable cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. Risperidone is second generation antipsychotic drug. In some patients especially in high doses the drug is known to cause side effects like tremors mainly during start of treatment. These Parkinsonism like tremors cause significant impairment in day to day functioning. Some times even in late stage of therapy such side effects are seen.

Other possibility of such symptoms is late onset tardive dyskinesia. Some times tremors are seen.

In any case dose adjustment is one option and doses should be reduced. Other option is to increase the dose of Cognetin. This should reduce the tremors. Other drugs like Trihexiphenidyl can also be reduced to reduce the frequency of these side effects. So don't remain worried, with proper treatment these side effects will decrease. Please consult your doctor for prescription of the medicines.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again
