Question: I Have A Boil Under My Arm And Tiny Blood Clots Are Coming Out ? Now I Have Boils In The Past But Not With Blood Clots I Been Diagnosis With HS Too But What Does It Mean

You might have developed bacterial folliculitis.
Such infections are common in arm pit area.
I would like to see a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and a better line of management.

Thanks for the photograph.
It is indeed hydradenitis suppurativa. This is an autoimmune disorder of glands in arm pit.
The glands get blocked and necrosis develops.
Treatment is with retinoids.
Antibiotics are usually not helpful.
Let me know if you were treated with retinoids or not.
