Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Am so sorry to hear about this brain fog that you have reported. I will like to know for how long this goes on. Besides, how often do you exercise? Regular moderate level exercise is always very helpful in improving blood flow to vital organs and the brain.

Until next, I wish you well. Are there any other symptoms that you want us to talk about?
