Don't be worried. Mostly ovulatory bleeding.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:
1) According to your last period date (6th April), light pink discharge on today may be related with ovulation bleeding if your cycle is 28-30 days duration. It lasts for 1 to 2 days and seen among few percentage cases.
Other possibilities are hormonal imbalance, rough sex, pelvic or vaginal infection, effect of contraceptive gel etc. Just maintain your genital hygiene.
2) Urinary tract infection should be ruled out through routine and microscopical urine examination. Drink plenty of water, take cranberry juice in the morning to keep tract healthy, need proper care before and during sexual intercourse, try to pee and maintain genital hygiene after sex.
3) Diaphragm with contraceptive gel has failure rate approx 6% in every year for perfect user. However, it varies from 18 to 20% during the first year of use. It is too early to confirm pregnancy. I suggest to undergo one home pregnancy test if you MISS your regular period to clear doubt.
Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
