Brief Answer:
Cyclical mastalgia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Breast pain around the time of menstrual cycles and relieved by period is called cyclical mastalgia. It is due to hormonal effects on breast and nothing o be worried about. Wear a well-supporting Bra when pain develops. You can also take Tylenol.
Since you are above 40 years I would also recommend yearly clinical breast examination and screening mammogram every 2 years.

Hope this answers your question
