Are they the same reports you updated to your previous query?
Could you also write back to me with the medications you are currently taking so I can understand how these have slightly helped in relieving you of your symptoms. Once I have this information, I shall immediately address the 3 queries you have asked and any additional queries you have as well. Looking forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.
Best wishes.

Thank you for that information ma'am
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am and thank you for that information.
Let me ask you how many of the following symptoms you have or had, as they are all symptoms of one condition:
-Heartburn (burning sensation in chest)
-Dry cough
-Difficulty swallowing
-Sensation of a lump in the throat
-Chest pain
-Hoarseness of voice (change in voice) or sore throat
-Sudden short episodes of breathlessness
-Bitter taste in the mouth at times
-Regurgitation (return of food or drink from the stomach) of food or fluids into the mouth
I shall now address all three queries of yours ma'am:
1. There seems to be no cause for breathless from a respiratory point of view, but this is most probably a gastric cause which is causing your symptoms. The problem with this condition is that it results in damage or slight dysfunction of the lower esophageal sphincter which prevents the reflux of food or water from the stomach into the throat or mouth. As this sphincter is slightly dysfunctional in individuals with this condition, it is mostly a life long condition and is only treated with a change in lifestyle, proper medications and diet. Please also make sure you consume plenty of water
Some individuals who have been diagnosed with this condition have successfully controlled the condition with diet, lifestyle and medications and have not suffered any symptoms for almost 20 years or more
2. I understand what you mean. A patient of mine had this episode in front of me, and suddenly screamed loudly trying to gasp for air, which frightened me as well. This is the acid reflux, and causes sudden fear of death by choking. It cannot result in death or an emergency ma'am
3. As mentioned in the symptoms I have listed above for you, that is also one of the symptoms of this condition ma'am. The cause is nothing but this very gastric condition called GERD
I hope I have explained things in a manner best understood by you ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.

Please write to me with azida contents
Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.
Domeperidone is safe and should not have any side effects ma'am, but I am unfamiliar with the medication azida. Could you please write back to me with the contents of this tablet. Also because I would like to add a medication to your treatment regimen.
Domeperidone can be taken as long as the suspected gastritis is present, and can then be discontinued, there is no problem with long-term use.
The only exercise you can do is walking and that also has to be mild, as excessive or strenuous exercise can result in increased acid levels. Please also drink plenty of water. I hope you find this helpful XXXXXXX
Best of luck.

My case history can be reffered from the previous communications above and my reports are attcached. I have 3 Queries.
1. Currently i am taking adiza 10 mg(ilaprazole) 1 time in the morning and domstal 10 mg( domperidone ) 3 times. I was also suggested Feliz S ( 5 mg) but i am not taking this because i want to take antidepressents. This medicines i am taking almost for 20 days. Since last 2 days i am feeling dryness in the mouth and throat. Just wandering if this is some sideeffects of the medicine. Should i consult the doctor for this? or should i just leave it as it is and if will go of its own.
2. How long the gerd takes to recover, its 2.5 months now and it is not recovering, though improvement is there. Medicnies i am taking only since last 20 days. Usually when i was not having this breathing issues, before the periods i use to have acidity. I have noticed that before the periods my breathing prblm drastically increases. Just wanted to confirm is periods can actually worsen this problem.
3. I Always feel anxious about my diadnosis. Since this is taking longer to recover should i consult for respiratory problems or GERD is the only cause and it will recover ?
I have address all your queries ma'am
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
1. Xerostomia (dryness of mouth) has many causes but the most common cause are medications. So in your case as well, the most likely cause are the medications you are on. This will not go away on its own, and will only go away once the medications are discontinue
2. It will take some time for complete improvement ma'am; but if at all you do not notice such a great improvement then may be a change in the treatment regimen will be required. As for the breathing problem, I do not think there is anyway through which this can be related to your periods ma'am. Although, it could be that anxiety, depression, etc; could be heightened during your periods which could be one of the main contributing factors to your breathing problems
3. I would recommend a visit to a psychiatrist as well ma'am. In my opinion, depression is also a possible cause for such type of breathing issues. Do not feel alarmed or taken aback by my suggestion, I am only here to help you. Some women have depression, and do not even realize they have it. The breathlessness could be your depression crying out for some attention. It would be worthwhile to visit a psychiatrist ma'am, trust me
I hope you find my response helpful. You know that I am always here to help you and guide you. So please do not ever hesitate to contact me.
Best of luck ma'am.
