Question: I started feeling a respiratory illness coming on about midday yesterday. It has taken about 24 hours to become somewhat severe and now I feel awful. I am running a low grade fever, 100.0 to 100.5. What is it?

Brief Answer:
Continue with tylenol sinus only!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Tylenol sinus only is sufficient. Majority cause of these symptoms are viruses with no specific treatment. Managing the fever and aches is what we must do now. In addition, healthy diet as well as regular exercise would help with the recovery process. You can take as much as 1000mg of tylenol every 6-8hours for symptoms relief.

I wish you well and hope to hear from you on your progress or something goes wrong again

Thank you so much, Dr. Ditah. I live in a very rural area and it's hard for me to get to a doctor. Again, thank you.
