What Causes Breathlessness, Palpitations And Nausea Despite A Normal Test Report?

Question: Hello.. My wife has had a pain in her back for over 3 months and visited various doctors like physician, gastro and gynec. The Gynec suggetsed IUD (Mirena insertion) along with Sevista twice weekly. Exactly after a week of IUD insertion she was hospitalised due palpitation, nausea and breathlessness. All health tests were normal and she was discharged after 2 days. She cannot see food and had attacks of palpitation, nausea and breathlessness even now apart from her back pain which she was originally suffering. Please advise.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Breathlessness, palpitations and nausea are most likely due to anxiety if all the other tests are normal.
Sevista should be stopped ideally, as some patients may have such side effect.
I suggest her to get her treated on the lines of anxiety..
