Detailed Answer:
Hai,
Thanks for consulting HCM.
Do I have Hyperthyroidism related Cancer or any other Complications?
With this parameters in your attached reports and symptoms, we cannot conclude cancer or hyperthyroidism. You need thyroid profile test to rule out hyperthyroidism.
1) Why my Calcium is on a higher end and Vitamin D on a Lower end together?
As your calcium level is little above normal. calcium level is perfectly normal.don't confuse with mild elevation in calcium with hyperthyroidism.
Vitamin D level 20ng/ml is very mildly suboptimal.
Vitamin D investigation - gold standard test is still in debate. you don't worry unless you develop any other bone or musculo skeletal related problem. 20ng/ml is adequate for healthy people.
however, you can take vitamin D tablets to increase your vitamin D level.no harm in it.
2) Do I have cancer/tumour related to Thyroid Gland?
you need to go for Thyroid scan and fine needle aspiration and cytology test to conclude that you have any cancer level in thyroid.
3) Any Tests are required to diagnose further?
Yes.
Thyroid profile,
Thyroid scan,
fine needle aspiration biopsy.
4) If no tests are required then what should be the duration of Wait-and-watch?
I don't find any cancer or hyperthyroidism related symptoms in you. Don't get anxious about it.
5) I am taking Vitabiotics Cardioace (Vitamin Supplement), One Capsule per day since one week which is having 20 Micro Gram Vitamin D. Still I am deficient of Vit D, Why?
One week vitamin D administration will not show much difference in vitamin D level.
6) What is your Overall Recommendation on the conditions mentioned above and what supplements you will suggest to relieve from the situation.
Firstly don't get panicked.
Complete physical and systemic examination should be done by a physician.
Your quoted symptoms will be there for over all population who do sedentary work.
