Question: Yes. thank you - bright orang urine even when I have consumed 80+ oz H2O. (About 3 weeks now) Had urine test and nothing there. The last 3-4 days bowel movement was very light in color. Not sick and take 2 prescribed meds. (1) a day Magnesium Oxide 400 MG and 1/2 tablet (2x a day) Metoprolol Tartrate 25MG &
1 Baby Aspirin

I appreciate your concern

The bright orange color which you described can be due to a number of causes.

The top 2 causes are infection of the urinary tract and dehydration which you have ruled out.
Medications like Rifampin, Pyridium can cause it.
Antacids which you take if contain senna can cause it.
Multivitamins , high vitamin B, carotene and vitamin C intake can cause orange urine
Liver dysfunction is a possibility especially with pale colored stool. Get your LFTs done.
Many food dyes with artificial coloring can cause an orange urine.
