Bright red discoloration of skin of ear followed by blue is suggestive of vascular disorder possibly Raynaud's disease.
Raynaud's phenomenon is characterized by of skin paleness followed by bluish discoloration followed by red discoloration.
The phenomenon is accompanied by pain and precipitated by cold.
