Brief Answer:
Get properly examined and investigated
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
You should get your thyronorm dose adjusted according to the TSH levels, and it will correct the blood flow during periods.
Lower abdominal pain can be due to urinary tract infection, pelvic infection or constipation.
You should get proper diagnosis made by a proper examination and investigations.
TVS is not helpful in making a diagnosis in such a case.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
