Brief Answer:
Glonerulonephritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The description you have given looks like red cell cast usually found when one a inflammation of the kidneys known as glomerulonephritis. This type of urine can also be present when one has renal stone or cystitis.
This is what you should do

1. please get a urine routine test done as soon as possible
2. get an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis to rule out cystitis and renal stone

Trearment will be based on the findings from the urine routine test. It has to be treated to antibiotics, steroids or removal of stone according to the findings

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
