Brief Answer:
deficiency disease probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of you having a possible vitamin deficiency. Vitamin deficiency can cause discoloured nails and skin. In addition, the easy breaking nails can suggest calcium and iron deficiency.

I would therefore recommend that you try a course of multi vitamin tablets. In addition, taking vitamin D Supplements with calcium may be significant. Vitamin D has to be taken 60000 units per week with calcium 500 taken at least once a day. Multivitamins can be taken at least once day.

Take medicines for at least 1 month. It takes that much time to start showing effects.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
I hope that the information helps you.
Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.

Brief Answer:
Deficiency of micronutrients, vitamins.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It's a deficiency of micronutrients, vitamins and minerals like calcium. There deficiency leads to skin changes and discoloration and brittle nail. Other changes also happen like thinning of hair, reduced hair pigments, etc.

As for the picture, you can email it to our team in stead of uploading it yourself if there is a problem. They will upload it themselves. That's only for future use. I have seen the picture and it's quite clear. I still feel strongly that the vitamins should help you.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
I hope that the information helps you.
