What Causes Brown Spots On Penis Head?

Question: Hi,
I've been seeing black or brown spots on my penis head since few weeks. Also recently I had protected sex but next day I've seen a light red flat patch on penis head. There is no itch or pain. Please advise me as I'm really worried.

Partner is a married woman. Not sure abt her sexual relations
No other symptoms

The redness may be due to irritation or friction or fungal infection.
It is unlikely due to stds.

You clean the area with warm water twice daily.
You can consult your doctor for examination and apply antifungal cream like clotrimazole(candid).
Avoid friction or irritation .Avoid intercourse for now.
You can use condoms.

I've seen some red rash type after some friction a week before at penis head and went thru Herpes blood test and it came normal. I've been applying cream and candid powder. Please refer to attached pics and clarify. I'm having sleepless nights.
