However, this could be due to nicotine deposition if you are a smoker , or a benign condition of blood vessels such as hemangioma, or could be an early sign of malignant melanoma tumor. I would recommend that you follow up on its size and shape .. if it gets any bigger or becomes raised or bleeds or its border becomes irregular then seek medical attention as soon as possible .
