Repeat scan to confirm healthy pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:
1) At this stage (6-7 weeks), yolk sac, fetal pole and heart beat should be visible through Trans Vaginal Ultrasound scan. However, these are ABSENT.
2) Late conception is the ONLY possibility to be able to continue this pregnancy. You should repeat the scan in the NEXT week to confirm the same. Otherwise, chance of healthy pregnancy is quite LOW in this case.
3) Possibility of MISCARRIAGE is quite HIGH with blighted ovum. Therefore, you will be prepared for the same. In the mean time, you should continue prescribed medication and Injection to get some result.
Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Brown discharge is not always normal. Repeat the scan.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up query.
1) Mild spotting or abdominal cramp is quite normal during early weeks of pregnancy. However, brown discharge and ABSENT of fetal pole or heart beat at 6.3 weeks are NOT always NORMAL.
2) I suggest to repeat the scan in the NEXT week to confirm the healthy pregnancy. Otherwise, chance of SURVIVAL is quite LOW.
3) It is NOT like implantation bleeding. It is MOSTLY sign of MISCARRIAGE. Consult with your doctor.
Hope, I have answered your query. Kindly, close the discussion.
All the best and good luck.
Regards,
Dr S Patra
