The brown discharge after urostomy usually stops in 7-10 days. Since you are taking the antibiotics the infection should have been controlled by now.
The persistent bleeding can be due to aspirin use fragile mucosa or vaginal dryness due to low levels of estrogen. Do consult your gynecologist for an examination and a few tests in case it has been more than 10 days.

The urostomy was 10 yrs against o I recently got a uti and have brown discharge for 2 weeks is that normal from the uti with ostomy

What is done for dryness
