Brief Answer:
Normal stool

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

YOu are concerned about the color of your stools changing. The color of stools is determined by the amount of time it takes food to go through the intestines and the bacterial counts in your gut. The color is actually the natural breakdown of the hemoglobin in your blood. When you red blood cells die the red color called hemoglobin is absorbed through the liver and excreted through the bile tract. That is way bile is yellow in color. Once it gets in the GI tract the bacteria further break it down to make in brown. Since your color is just light brown it still is OK. It could be to faster transit in your GI tract or the bacteria changed slightly. This is all normal and expected. I can reassure you that you are healthy
