Question : Hi Im 40 years old the had unprotected sex on May 17,2017 took plan B on the may 18, 20017 got my period on XXXXXXX 8,2017 and on July 7,2017 just brownish discharge is this normal

Yes at forty such slightly irregular periods are normal.
You may still undergo an ultrasound scan and a Pap smear if not recently done, to rule out the possibility of anything else being abnormal.
