Hi

Dear Ms,
There is likely to have been hematoma(deep seated collection of clotted blood) under the forehead layer. The hematoma usually spreads to eyes and upper part of nose. Hematoma slowly gets reabsorbed by liquifaction of blood and usually there is change in color ranging from blue to brown , progressing through yellow. If the hematoma is very much deep seated it could take longer time to get reabsorbed.
Do send me clinical picture for further assessment.

Thank you for your swift response.so what would be the cause of my hairloss? This has realy stressed me a great deal.is there any treatment to speed the?also how do I send you clinical photos?thanks
Brief Answer:
Antifungal shampoo will be helpful
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
The hair loss is unlikely related to trauma and associated hematoma. There is definitely hair loss and is likely to be due to patchy alopecia most likely due to seborrhoeic dermatitis. I would suggest you to try two application of antifungal shampoo like Ketoconazole. If the symptoms persist then do consult dermatologist for further assessment.
Wishing you great Health
