What Causes Bruising On The Ankle Region After Lithotripsy?

Question: few days ago I went through chills then sweating, nausea. Then I had severe pain in my left thigh which traveled down my leg. Now I have very red bruising at ankle area.
I was diagnosed with kidney stone months ago and on April 18 I am getting them removed via scope as Lithotripsy did not work. Any advice on this bruising. No injuries at this area

Based on your description, a bleeding disorder should be ruled out. Bleeding time , Clotting time , Complete blood count including platelets and PT/aPTT inr should be advised prior to the lithotripsy to look for any systemic cause for this bruising.
