it might be a normal skin variant
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I am glad to answer you again.I understand your concern.
Iam happy to know that all reports are normal and vinegar test is negative.
But sorry I haven't got any pictures.
In my opinion as all investigations related to STD are normal there might be no infection.
As vinegar test is negative HPV infection might not be the possibility.
The lesions might be normal skin variant like vulvar or vestibular papillae. So
dont worry. They dont cause any symptoms and might disappear spontaneously with varying period or can be present persistently but require no treatment.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
I saw the picture you uploaded.
It shows translucent papules. It is most confusing with HPV infection. But as the investigations have cleared that there is no infection then it is mostly a normal skin variant the vulvar papillomatosis.
Vulvar papillomatosis is a rare entity. It doesn't cause symptoms and require no treatment.
So relax.Dont worry.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
