What Causes Bumps Around Both Elbows?

Question: my son is 4 today he woke up with bumps around both elbows looking like a pattern of bumps.

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
From the review of the clinical photograph, It seems like some sort of allergic reaction to insect bites called papular urticaria.
I would suggest you application of a cream containing mometasone and fusidic acid twice a day for atleast 15 days.
Antihistaminics can be given as required for itching if present.
