What Causes Bumps In The Genital Area Along With Burning Urination?

Question: 5 days ago I had burning urination. I went to the doctor the next day and had an STD screen with lab. They told me that I did not have any STI's. Yesterday I noticed 3 separate bumps, and today the burning urination stopped. I am trying to find what these bumps are. Thanks for your time!

Good morning sir,
1. I have not had any sexual contact in at least 3 weeks
2. I do not know what is inside because I did not want to pop them for fear of spreading
3. There was pain before but not now.
Would an antibiotic help?
Thanks doc
