What Causes Bumps On Frenulum After Unprotected Sex?

Question: I am a 22 year old, sexually active male. 4 seemingly hard, small - 3 mm In size, skin colored bumps have appeared on the frenulum/inside-foreskin of my penis after a night of unprotected sex. They do not hurt or annoy me, nor do they itch. It appears as if it is almost like accumulated extra skin. They do not look like cauliflower at all. Much more smooth looking. They have never been there before. I am very freaked out.

Brief Answer:
Genital warts
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have seen the photographs.
No doubt, these are genital warts/condyloma acuminata. I can see 3 of them. I doubt they appeared overnight. They must have been there for sometime, unnoticed.
I would suggest visit to a dermatologist or sexual health specialist.
They can be easily removed with either radiofrequency cautery Or CO 2 Laser vaporization.
