Hello My Dear

I could not find a trace of anything suggestive of either Herpes Genitalis or Warts.
You are probably not going to have them even in the coming weeks.

You need not take any action for now
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear
It is good that you asked me these things.
Several of my patients undergo similar thought process and I feel they are genuinely concerned but lack knowledge and need to be educated.
I will tell you a little bit about antibodies and how they are related to Herpes.
Antibodies are the protein components that our body produces in response to infection or anything that it considers to be harmful. These are not a direct evidence of infection but just indicate the response which may be actually present or the body might have misunderstood to be present (identification failure).
When a person gets the infection for the first time, it takes more time for antibodies to be produced and reach an appreciable level while in subsequent instances the process is faster.
Therefore, presence of antibodies may or may not be a dependable indicator of infection but it definitely provides credibility to the doubt. This applies to Herpes infection too.
I would like you to not get worried and ask me anything that you think can calm yourself. I will be glad to reply to you.
Take care and best wishes from us!

A very small amount of body secretions can trasmit infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear
Good that you asked this question.
It has been established by research that even a very small quantity of body secretions which include blood, saliva, genital secretions can cause spread of infection. The duration of intimate contact matters less than the coming in contact germs from an infected partner's secretions. As microorganisms are so small that several of them can be seen only with Electron Microscope, therefore, they cannot be easily quantified by conventional methods and presence of a single germ also carries the risk.
This is well known that many times despite a heavy inoculum, disease does not manifest and it is related to several factors of which individual immunity or disease fighting capacity is a major one.
I hope this answers your query.
Best wishes
