Brief Answer:
No need to worry for bumps

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. As you said that there is no other problem so i would suggest you not to worry for bumps and continue with your normal daily routine. Meanwhile you can take cetirizine one at night for 2 days if you feel having flu symptoms like runny nose or sneezing & watery eyes.

Feel free to get back for if you need any further assistance.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Noting specific to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello

As mentioned earlier, there is nothing specific present in the image that gives a suspicion of any abnormality. However following general measures will help you;
- Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3 days. It will give soothing effect.

AVOID:
> Chilled water
> Drinks
> Spicy food

Thank you
