What Causes Bumps On The Vagina After Protected Sex?

Question: What are these bumps? I've only had protected sex. The bumps are irritaing but are not painful. Almost like a bruise but no burning sensation. I've recently changed soaps so I'm not sure if this is a reaction. Most of the bumps are on the outside skin part. They do not hurt when I touch them.

Hello dear thanks for writing your health concerns.
These are related to either rough sex or a synthetic underwear but can be managed easily.
Apply t-bact ointment on the affected area and keep it clean and dry.
Take tablet augmentin 625 mg two times a day for 5 days and it will suffice.
Take care

So I was told by an urgent care it was follicutus and put on some antibiotics. She did say it an extreme case of it but did not think it to be herpes. I've noticed since I started to take the antibiotics they have gotten itchy and more painful but that appears to be common from what I read. She did not recommend a cream due to the severaity of the spots.I am just really concerned. All the articles seem to compare it to herpes. Would herpes be in more a cluster? I have multiple spots but not many actually touch and are seperated.
Brief Answer:
Keep taking antibiotics.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again. Herpes lesions are very painful and rarely itchy. So this doesn't seem to be Herpes. Keep taking your medicines. You will be fine soon.
